1. Eligibility

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must own the residence or have written permission from the owner.
• Residence must be within our Service Area.
• Only single-family or duplex residential structures qualify.
• Limit one entry per household.

2. Prize Description

The prize includes:
 

• A residential electrical safety inspection
• Smoke/CO detector testing
• Electrical panel check
• Up to $750 in electrical repairs or upgrades, including labor and standard materials

No cash value. Non-transferable.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

The following are not included in the giveaway:

• Full electrical panel replacements
• Whole-home rewiring
• Knob-and-tube replacement
• Aluminum-to-copper conversions
• Repairs requiring permits unless at company’s discretion
• Work on fire-damaged, flood-damaged, or unsafe structures
• Hazardous or inaccessible conditions (crawl spaces < X inches, unsafe attics, etc.)
• Any work the company deems unsafe or beyond the giveaway’s intended scope

Work exceeding the giveaway limit will be quoted separately, and the winner may choose to decline additional services.
 

4. Scheduling

• Work must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of the winner announcement.
• Appointments must occur Mon–Fri during regular business hours.
   
  

5. Winner Selection

• Winner will be chosen at random using a digital selection tool.
• Winner will be contacted by email and must respond within 72 hours.

Failure to respond results in selecting a new winner.

6. Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Entry submission failures
• Inaccurate information provided by entrants
• Pre-existing electrical hazards
• Additional repairs required outside the giveaway coverage

Winner must sign the Release of Liability Form prior to service.

7. Privacy

Information collected is used solely for:

• Giveaway administration
• Communication with entrants
• Promotional follow-up (optional opt-in)
